Abstract


Based on water conservancy hub for mechanical and electrical equipment as the research object, the integrated use of modern equipment management theory and specialized knowledge of hydraulic mechanical and electrical equipment, the water bridge hub electromechanical equipment maintenance management mode are summarized. Based on water conservancy hub and bridge work practice, the use of reliability centered maintenance (RCM) the current theories of international advanced equipment maintenance management, the hub of mechanical and electrical equipment preventive maintenance. This paper elaborates on reliability centered maintenance (RCM) theory; Then on the basis of RCM theory of the concrete use of RCM tools, equipment of hub motor were analyzed, and identify key preventive maintenance equipment, determine the important components; Finally by RCM with the tally, condition monitoring, ensure the important components of state maintenance. By RCM method, ensure water control mechanical and electrical equipment in good performance, do it once received order from the flood control headquarters, will be able to timely, effective and safe running. This paper for water conservancy engineering mechanical and electrical equipment management and maintenance mode selection provides a train of thought and method of decision making for hydraulic mechanical and electrical maintenance mode provides valuable theoretical and practical basis.
