Coal is the backbone of China’s economic development, and it is the energysecurity of the social sustainable development. The coal enterprises is the carrier ofcoal supply, the coal enterprises operations well or not, is related to the supply of coalin our country, related to the development of the coal enterprises and the vitalinterests of employees, and related to China’s economic development and socialstability.A variety of the coal enterprises are facing many uncertain factors in the processof production. This article summarizes the risks of coal enterprises in the process ofproduction and operation, and evaluates these risks impact on coal enterprises, andthen, puts forward measures to defend and control the risk.In this paper, using grounded theory, analytic hierarchy process, entropy methodand fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the risk model of the coalenterprise production and operation. After collection, analysis, summary of a largenumber of domestic and foreign theories about the risk of coal enterprises, visitingcoal enterprises, and collecting interview data. According to the grounded theory, thispaper begins to collect information from the interviews and then do three level coding,build a three-layer level index system. Using the analytic hierarchy process to weightof indicators in subjective, and using the entropy method to weight the indicators inobjective, and then combine these two weights, get the comprehensive weights finally.Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk of theproduction and operation in the coal enterprises.According to the risk model of the coal enterprise production and operation,makes an empirical study on the Jizhong energy Xingtai mining, the main risks itfacing is the equipment damage risk, safety risk, investment risk, technology risk andemployee turnover. In the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the production andoperation risk reducing year by year of Xingtai mine, and it is related to measures todefend and control risks. According to the main risks, this paper puts forward somesuggestions to defend and control of risk.
