Abstract

With the social and economic development, blasting as an important construction methodhas been widely used in a variety of industries. With blasting large-scale used, variety ofexplosive accident appeared, and the entire community for the safety and human life and healthare taking more attention. There exist hazard installations of explosion accident inconstructionof hydraulic engineering.Due to the particularity of Water Conservancy and HydropowerEngineering, underground tunnels are ambitious and complex, making blasting shock wave moreserious, also more destructive. Therefore, making a thorough study on shock wave propagationcharacteristics in underground tunnels, shock wave injury criteria, and consequences of theaccident model is important practical significance. In this paper, first introduced research status of blasting shock wave propagation at homeand abroad, second the three injury criteria of the explosion shock wave are described in detailand analyzed. In this paper, after a detailed study on the results of our predecessors, determinethe overpressure criteria as injury guidelines for consequences of the accident model of shockwave and injury criteria for the standard value. Made numerical simulation analysis on the shockwave propagation in an infinite domain using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and the numerical simulationresults is compared with the empirical formula calculation results, the research results showedthat the peak shock overpressure basically coincides with empirical formula calculation results. On this basis, research the explosive shock wave propagation characteristics in a tunnel throughnumerical simulation analysis. A fitting formula of shock wave propagation inside tunnels isestablished, after dimensional and numerical simulation analysis, SPSS data analysis. Throughcomparing the measured values and the others fitting formulas we can get that the fitting formulahave practical value to some degree. And made the numerical analysis on shock waves in case ofa turn, crossing. Simulation results show that curve can reduce 10% to 15% of the peakoverpressure; Shock wave peak in main channel is 70% ~ 80% of the original, branch channel is20% ~ 30%. Finally for the actual excavation of diversion tunnel of a hydropower station, established the consequences of the shock wave model of the accident in different conditions. In this paper, the focus of research and innovation lie in:Research the shock wave propagation characteristics of tunnels through numerical simulation analysis, And representationits development process of three-dimensional flow field objective; established a fitting formulaof shock wave propagation inside tunnels; For the actual excavation of diversion tunnels of ahydropower station, respectively using numerical simulation analysis and fitting formula, established the consequences of the shock wave model.
