Abstract


With the continuous economic development and social progress，the ecologicalissues get more and more people’s attention. Moreover，the environment and resourceconstraints a huge force for sustained economic development make the governmentsincreasingly recognize the seriousness of the ecological problems.The degree ofdevelopment of ecological civilization has increasingly become a measure of a country’scomprehensive important indicator of national strength， technological level， andsustainable economic and social development. China is a large population and relativelyscarce resources per capita country，so we should pay more attention to the ecologicalproblems. Since the Sixtheenth Patry Congress, the Communist party of China pay moreattention to ecological problems significantly, the scientific concept of development andthe specific requirements for the construction of ecological civilization，reflecting the levelof awareness of the importance of the Communist Party of China ecological civilizationcontinues to increase.Chinese Communist Party ideology ecological civilization is upholding Marxismecological thinking, learning from the development of Chinese traditional ecologicalthinking and the western ecological thinking， combined with the case of China’s actualconditions of the proposed long-term practice of the Communist Party of Chinacrystallization. Chinese Communist Party ideology ecological civilization is guidanced ofscientific development and use of science and technology，laws and regulations，economicregulation and other means to make better development of ecological civilization that canmake more scientific ecological civilization，providing people with the right values,toavoid the further deterioration of the ecological environment. Communist Party of China isnot only a harmonious ecological civilization thinking people，but also the harmonybetween human and nature. It is beneficial to implement the scientific concept ofdevelopment.It is conducive to building a socialist harmonious society，and it is moreconducive to the construction of a comprehensive well-off society. It is echoed further with the political development，economic development，cultural development and socialdevelopment.They build up the the Chines system of civilization together.
