Abstract


Along with the development of economy and technology, society is entering the mobile Internet era. The mobile platform changes people’s life from entertainment, consumption payment and other aspects. More and more people tend to use mobile phones, pads and other mobile devices to purchase goods. In the field of mobile platform, the service is more and more toward differentiation. Mobile shopping platform has become an important part of the mobile platform. The main feature of mobile shopping platform is providing users with more convenient and quick way of shopping and personalized information and services.Now China is in the fourth generation of baby boomers, newborn is numerous every year. Most of their parents are only child born in the80s and90s. They are willing to buy goods for their children through mobile applications in the era of mobile Internet. They are showing the characteristic of lacking parenting experience and requiring the profession at the same time. Thus maternal and infant mobile shopping platform has a broad market prospect for this type of group. However, the maternal and infant mobile shopping platform is generally lack of good user experience and the professional guidance. This paper will take maternal and infant mobile shopping platform as the carrier, researching the development situation, analysising emotional appeal of maternal and infant groups. The aim is to clear the necessity of emotional design for maternal and infant mobile shopping platform and explore means and methods of improving maternal and infant mobile shopping platform user experience through the research of emotional design.
