Abstract


It is essential for progress of various causes of China, the world’s most populated country, to strengthen family planning and population management modernization. Furthermore, it is of vital importance for continuous reinforcement of family planning, control of population quantity, improvement of population quality and stability of low birth rate to establish networked fertile women service and management information system with advanced computer network technology to realize fertile women information management, fully exploit and utilize population information.Pregnancy monitoring and management system is the tracking and monitoring software against women who will be pregnant and have pregnant. It can automatically report the state of beyond the time of physical examination or non-normal pregnancy termination. And it can significantly reduce statistical analysis of the workload of family planning department. Then, the official can better manage the women of child-bearing age in the jurisdiction.Visual studio.net 2005 is used as the development tool of PMMS, and it based on B/S architecture and supported by SQL Server2005. The system can deal with the information of women of child -bearing age all over the city and the townships is included. The user can send messages to others by notification module, and can know the other side read messages or not.Based on the system design and realization process this thesis involved the related theory and some practice were elaborated. It analysed the realization method of the asp.net technology in the developing process.After a period of time, this operation system worked stably and safely. With the simple operation, it supported the network office model and reached the expected effect.
