In order to support the development of high-speed railway, Chinese government invested a lot of money on railway construction, then high-speed railway transport was developing rapidly and formed a basic network. As the pace of people life is speed up and the quality of people life is improved, more and more people select high-speed train to travel. High-speed train departure frequently that is similar to the mode of bus-type, which can not only make a guarantee for passengers to walk the line a short distance and spend less time in high-speed railway station, but also makes a large challenges to the designers and station managers, especially in the aspect of allocation of the number of ticketing and security equipment. After the reform of the Ministry of Railways, China Railway Corporation was established and would be self-financing. From the perspective of serving passengers and reducing the station input costs, there are two big problems to be solved, one is how to configure a reasonable number of ticketing and security equipment at the early stage of planning and design, another is how to dynamically open the ticketing and security equipment in the daily management of high-speed railway station.Firstly, combining with the current status quo of high-speed railway station, the paper analyzes some factors that influence allocation of ticketing and security equipment. The author makes a survey in the station and records the data of time of passengers arriving and serving, then makes use of mathematical statistical theory to fit the distribution of passenger arrival and service time, which lays the foundation for building the ticketing and security queuing system.Secondly, according to the queuing process and characteristics of passengers in the ticketing and security aspects, the author uses the queuing theory to build M/EK/1and M/EK/C queuing model for ticketing and security aspects each other. It is difficult to solve the M/E9/5queuing model, so the author uses Monte Carlo simulation to establish security queuing simulation model and writes a program with MATLAB.Thirdly, combining with the high-speed railway station building design specifications, the author builds the mode of allocation of ticketing and security equipment for designers in the early stage of the station planning and design, which the objective function is equipment purchasing cost and the cost of construction of station house that the ticketing or security equipment occupy. Then the author build a mode for station managers to decide the number of opening in daily, which the objective function is the cost of passengers waiting and cost of station management.Finally, the author calculate the optimal allocation of the number of ticketing and security equipment in different departing volume in peak hour, then the author calculate configure range of ticketing and security equipment for oversize stations, major stations medium-sized stations and small stations, which can give reference to designers. Taking Changsha South Station as an example, the author calculates the optimal opening number of ticketing and security equipment in different departing volume, which help managers to realize lean management for ticketing and security equipment.
