Abstract


This paper thinks the private enterprise to provide a systematic competitive intelligence organization mode as the core content. The theory about competitive intelligence from beginning to explore, analysis of the types, a private enterprise competitive intelligence organization of the systematic and determine the private enterprise shall model, how to choose corresponding competitive intelligence organization mode.This paper first discusses the start, the private enterprise competitive intelligence and the relationship between them. In part, this paper discusses the basic theory of competitive intelligence of scientific meaning, competitive intelligence organization model.
