Abstract


On the bus of the performance process, dynamic and economy of the bus is the mostimportant and basic performance parameters. Power transmission system has importantsignificance for improving the dynamic property and economy of automobile. Comparedwith the traditional matching method repeatedly modify the parameters of transmissionexperiments in order to clear the final matching parameters, the computer technologydevelopment analysis of dynamic property and economy of automobile can being model andsimulation for virtual reality with the modern automobile technology improvingcontinuously. This will not only save the cost test, but also short the design cycle. Designershave a summarize and understand of the vehicle of their own, and also improve the design ofthe competitiveness model.Based on the actual development project involved in a vehicle development work in theenterprise as an example, it use Matlab simulation program and the E-P simulation softwareas the breakthrough, and gives a simulation and analysis of the optimization theory from thedynamic property and economy of the following four aspects of a certain vehicle. Itestablishes the optimization mathermatical model of transmission, and use startingacceleration time and operating cycle fuel consumption test as the target of measurement fordynamic and economy. it was made into a single objective function by using the method oflinear weighted combination and Selection of the right combination. Research contents are asfollows:1) Set up the mathematical model of engine performance and characteristic simulation2) Simulation analysis of dynamic vehicle3) Simulation analysis on the economy of the automobile4) It need to pay attention to simulation in the actual work, and match parameters ofengine and transmission system5) It gives an analysis and calculation of the dynamic property and economy system onthe vehicle using the professional ep software, and put forward a set of dynamic andeconomy comprehensive evaluation system. On the basis of optimization of transmissionparameters., the paper selects the appropriate idea to meet the requirements of the project.Based on the above research, it simulates the dynamic and economy performancemodeled on a bus, Optimizing and calculating the transmission system. The data gapbetween simulation results and performance test results of maximum speed, acceleration time, slope and constant speed fuel consumption per100kilometers are within5%. It notonly determine the direction of the simulation analysis and prove the accuracy of method bycomparison of the experimental and simulation program, but also put forword the systemresearch and improvement.
