Abstract


With the quickly developing of the knowledge economy, intangible assets which regards Intellectual Property as its core has become an important form of social fortune, and Play a more and more important role in the social production. In many high-techenterprises, the form of capitalism with patent assets has changed into more essential and higher proportion. The application and the theories of the intangible assets valuation become the crux of the assets valuation and the focus of all people attention in recent years. At the moment, technology assessment, techniques market of our country was still in the initial stage, lacking the patent technology market prices of the Market Approach and the market parameters of the Income Approach in the patent technology assessment methods; therefore the cost approach was often utilized to appraise the patent technology. But along with the socialist market economy establishing, people regard the future income which the patent technology brings more important. In this kind of situation, how to appraise the patent technology, which patent technology assessment method should be used to carry on the appraisal, how to ascertain the correlative parameter scientifically, in order to make the result of the appraisal more applied and authoritative, all the problems in the patent technology assessment should be solved urgently.In view of the above issues, the article analyzes the impact of patents and patent value factors, further careful study of the amount of patent income and economic life factors and sum up to determine the amount of patent income and economic life of the method, made by BP neural network determine the amount of patent income, to use multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation method to determine the economic life of the patent. Through examples of analysis of two methods in determining the amount of patent income and economic life of the strengths and weaknesses, for future improvements and research.
