Abstract

With various aspects of concrete engineering development factors and the rapid expansion of concrete material people demand for structural materials continuous improvement. As a result of nanotechnology in concrete is used in the industry widely, it have to break through the traditional concrete was limited in scope, added its use range well, infuse new life force for the concrete industry.Based on the problems of the hydraulic concrete building inside or outside surface potential and have caused erosion of Cl-1and cracking affects service life and durability of concrete, through add the carbon nanofibers (Carbon nanofibers, abbreviation CNFs) and fly ash in the high strength concrete to modification of the concrete and improve the durability of the concrete. Through contrast experiment to study that the impact of the CNFs in high strength concrete, its mechanical properties, resistance Cl"1erosion, crack resistance and the mechanism of action. It provides the reference and the theoretical basis on the use of CNFs in the concrete engineering for future. The paper main research content and research results are listed as follows:(1) Via the orthogonal experiment, the optimal ratio of carbon nanofibers concrete optimizing the AlB3C3D2:0.3W/C,20%use level of fly ash, sand ratio40%,0.16%use level of carbon nanofibers.(2) Determines the influence of the W/C,and the use level of carbon nanofibers and other factors of28d compressive strength of carbon nanofibers concrete significantly size is in turn:A (W/C)> D (carbon nanofibers)> B (fly ash)> C (sand ratio); The influence of splitting tensile strength of28d in significant order:A>D>C>B;28d compressive ratio of concrete influence of significant order:B>A>D>C.(3) Through the concrete resistance to the C1" penetration test,it showed that CNFs high strength concrete6h electric flux decreased by39.17%, compared with the baseline concrete C1-1permeability is extremely low, reasonable dosage and scattered good carbon nanofibers mixed with fly ash can optimize and significantly improve the resistance to C1-1porrosion performance of concrete.(4) The early drying shrinkage value of carbon nanofibers concrete is minimum.90d, compared with the no fiber group and the benchmark set the shrinkage rate of the optimal set was reduced by25.1%and25.1%respectively. It is very useful to reduce the value of the drying shrinkage of concrete in add the carbon nanofibers and mineral fine admixture, especially after add carbon nanofibers for drying shrinkage of concrete value to decrease the effect is very outstanding.(5) The impact abrasion test showed, the wear rate of the optimal group were less than the same period of the contrast experimental, the wear rate is52.7%lower baseline group, reduced by25.2%for no fiber group concrete. Adopting reasonable dosage and has good dispersity of CNFs on the properties of high strength concrete impact abrasion resistance to improve the effect significantly, have greatly effect.
