Abstract


As in hot-humid climate district, improve the residential communities’ naturalventilation has been more and more important in Guangzhou. The paper focuses onthe layout of the form of the Guangzhou residential communities, analysis the effectof difffent factors on the natural ventilation of the residential communtiesquantitatively and systematically by numerical simulation.After a large number of residential communities’ natural ventilation design hasbeen summarized and analyzed, this paper found that the impact factor of residentialcommunities’ natural ventilation were building density, floor area ratio, the setting ofbuilding overhead, the level of scattered of building and the change of the buildingform.In order to study the investigated of impact factors in the different buildingdensity and floor area ratio of residential communities’ natural ventilation, the paperestablishment of four major categories of48typical determinant delegation modelsfor research, determine the S-value (the area of wind speed at1m/s to5m/s of theproportion of the total residential communities), V-value (the average wind speed ofresidential communities), V1-value (the average wind below1m/s of residentialcommunities), V2-value (the wind speed between1m/s5m/s of residentialcommunities) as statistical analysis of factors of the simulation results.Based on the numerical simulation results, the study found that the bottomoverhead form has more effective to improve the wind environment of low buildingdensity, high floor area radio’s as well as the level of scattered of building and thechange of the building form have more effective to improve the wind environment ofhigh building density, low floor area radio; For the three impact factors above, thelevel of scattered of building and the change of the building form have more effectiveto improve the wind environment of residential communities’ natural ventilationbesides the high floor radio and low building density of the residential communities.In order to evaluation the quality of residential community’s natural ventilation, use the building density Rm, the proportion of air inlet width to windward side widthRr and building height deviation and average height ratio Rσ as the evaluation index,take the multiple linear regression method establish the simplified formula of thecomfortable wind area as the evaluation method of residential communities’ naturalventilation; At last, in order to test the accuracy of the evaluation method, select aHuizhou building group to take the CFD simulation, compare the simulation resultsand evaluation of the formula, found it count evaluation of the design of naturalventilation, count be used as an evaluation of the quality of the natural ventilation.
