Abstract


The elevator has become the necessary tool of line passenger transport inhigh-rise buildings with the development of the modern metropolis, accompanied withthe emergence of the high-rise buildings and higher-rise buildings. Elevator controldisc to be the operation equipment when people use it, its integration and reliabilityhas become the developed trend of the future of elevator control disc.The traditionalelevator car disc consists of selected layer module, floor display module, report thefloor-stop module, and each module has an independent controller to the elevator’ssignal for process, which lead the low degree of integration and takes up more spaceand even the electromagnetic interference resistance ability is not as good as we think,the reliability is not high, low energy saving effect, in condition of power is halted.Itis terrible that peoples who were sieged in the elevator could not cry for help in time.The purpose of this paper is to improve the traditional elevator car disc, thedesign is based on embedded technology, contains radio frequency card recognitionpart, report floor part, floor-selected part, floor display part of the integration elevatorcontrol disc, the innovated points are to make each part is controlled by an ARMcontroller and design on the basis of traditional elevator car, which increased theintelligent light control system and the emergency-call system, extending theapplication of the system, which is the another innovatied point of this system.The paper first introduces the train of thought of intergration design; Thenintroduces the main idea and scheme of the embedded system, embedded controllerfor the selected HT32F1765, μC/OS-II—the embedded operating system, and makea brief introduction of the development environment IAR; The system hardwarecircuit design part introduces HT32F1765architecture and minimum system; Thendesign the elevator signal acquisition boards, the design of card reader circuit, reportfloor, the design of elevator floor liquid crystal display part, the design of elevatorselected floor; For the expansion of the system, design the intelligent light controlcircuit and a state of emergency for help; For solving electromagnetic compatibilityproblem encountered in the design of PCB, the paper analyzed coupling near fieldand far field coupling and calculated to increase the coupling capacitance couplinginductance to achieve the purpose of matching, increase the low pass filter (LPF) toprevent the high frequency interference; ADS2009using in radio circuit simulationsoftware was designed and analyzed in4MHZ bandwidth LPF (low pass filter); The embedded operating system based on the selected μC/OS-II, introduce the timemanagement of the main program design and the function part of the program design;After completion of the system，simplely test reliability of the system and also test theability in the condition in electromagnetic interference. Finally, based on embeddedtechnology of the elevator car wheel integrated system, made a summary for the nextexpansion puts forward the conception and prospect of the system.
