Abstract


In recent years, with the government pay more attention to the tourism industry, couple with the growth of income, the frequency of tourism is increased quickly,which result in quantitative transportation. The traditional urban transportation system planning method which mainly according to the commuter traffic has become increasingly difficult to meet the needs of tourist traffic. Tourist traffic has relation with the tourism economy, regional transportation, environment and historical, cultural preservation and other issues. The crowded transportation takes place in tourist attractions, not only prevents people quickly reach destinations on time, reduces the level of tourist services and undermines the part of the historical and cultural sites and natural resources, affects the normal life of nearby residents, but also causes serious effects on China’s emerging holiday economic. Tourist traffic is one of the most serious problems need to be solved in the development of the city.However, our traffic behavior in tourism and tourism transport planning is still qualitative analysis, the theories and methods of quantitative analysis is lack. It is difficult to provide a scientific and effective decision-making basis for the tourist traffic and tourist traffic management system, which leading to many tourist city road traffic congestion there, resulting in increased travel time, decreased reliability of travel, and more environmental pollution.This paper summarized the behavior of domestic and foreign tourists and tourism aspects of traffic situation firstly, including the temporal and spatial distribution of tourists, destination choice, travel transportation planning theory, tourism, traffic impact factors, and thus established the starting point of thesis,that is, the quantitative analysis of the temporal and spatial distribution of tourists, and the travel time, travel mode choice behavior. Then it analysed in detail the correlative factors affecting the tourist traffic, and chose the main factors from them, as a basis for designing the questionnaire. In reference to foreign-related survey form design process, based on research studies for the design of the survey form in Qingdao visitor behavior and willingness, this paper summed up characteristics of temporal and spatial distribution of tourists and laws, and established relevant model to analyze the timing of tourists and travel mode choice behavior. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the problems in the development of tourist traffic in Qingdao, combining with the analysis of tourist behavior related to results, this paper put forward the improvement measures of Qingdao Tourism Transportation development.
