Abstract


Consolidation of Rural Residential has become one of important means of keeping the dynamic balance of cultivated land, and of improving peasant life and production environment.Mayang County, in the west of Hunan Province, is chosen as the research subject for this study. The research is guided by a lot of theories, such as location theory, regional spatial agglomeration theory and so on. First of all, based on the natural, social, economic and other actual conditions of the present situation of local rural residential area, building up an index system of rural residential land use partition, which take the natural conditions, social conditions, economic conditions and the present situation of ecological landscape as principal part; On this basis, utilizing the combination of principal component analysis and cluster analysis method, then, partition is made by the system clustering analysis and K-means cluster analysis. And comparing the above two conclusions, choose the optimal one. Eventually, the study area is divided into Moderate Adjustment Area, Plain Consolidation Area, Hilly Migration Merge Area and Ecological Area.According to the partition, consolidation modes of each area are explored from the space technology, organizational aspects of the subject and fund-raising channels. Consolidation modes are as follows:(l)Moderate Adjustment Area, on the space technology, control and adjust the rural residential areas and turn the rural residential areas into towns gradually; on the organization and management, take the government and market as the leadership, and the crowd as assistance; on the fund-raising channels, take the market investment as principal, and the government for support.(2)Plain Consolidation Area, on the space technology, internal tapping the potential of rural residential land use is the mainstream; on the organization and management, take the government as the leadership, and the crowd and market as assistance; on the fund-raising channels, take the combination of government and market investment as main mode, and the implementation of preferential policies and voluntary private investment for support.(3)Hilly Migration Merge Area, on the space technology, take the migration and merge of rural residential areas as mainstream; on the organization and management, take the government as the leadership, and the crowd and market as assistance; on the fund-raising channels, take the combination of government and market investment as main mode.(4)Ecological Area, on the space technology, transition, migration and merge of rural residential areas and construction of ecological scenic spot is the mainstream; on the organization and management, take the government as the leadership, and the crowd and market as assistance; on the fund-raising channels, take the market investment as main mode, and the government-backed. The research results will provide reliable reference for the compiling Agricultural land consolidation planning and Select the land consolidation project of local region.
