Abstract


Since the establishment of the World Trade Organization (WTO) , with the growth of the number of anti-dumping investigations initiated worldwide , people began to focus on the abuse of anti-dumping measures to implement its purpose as a member of the party of protectionists , also on WTO Agreement recognized rules influential world of open trade policies and the members of the party 's anti-dumping policy on how much the different points of view as well as the system of anti-dumping and fair competition , fair trade relations . WTO Doha Round negotiations deadlocked, the larger a disagreement is the Anti-Dumping Agreement \This paper mainly discuss the : world trade friction of the status quo especially on China's anti-dumping cases the characteristics of the \The Doha Round of WTO negotiations start another failure , but must go to cold rejuvenation . Suspension of the WTO Doha Round negotiations will contribute to the international trade protectionism , trade frictions may further exacerbate . Anti-dumping measures as a tool for implementation of protection policies , open market due to the rapid progress of the world and open trade and to the members of the party 's internal market , economic and social welfare of the people caused by the impact , and the resulting trade friction cost control , stable and effective in order to protect the world trading system .
