Abstract


Research PurposeThis study through the survey nursing life education in medical colleges and universities in Shanxi Province the status quo, through expert advice to develop knowledge of life education entries. And then use the knowledge needs of the questionnaire to the Shanxi Medical University nursing students one or two, three or four students for life education to research, exploration on life education for undergraduate students of knowledge needs, and to further better the lives of nursing education provides theoretical support.MethodsThis topic using the Delphi method (Delphi technique),questionnaires,comparative research combines quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, such as research. Life education related knowledge items using the Delphi method to determine, survey of nursing students using knowledge of the previous step determines entry into questionnaire survey and nursing of one or two, three or four-year investigation and comparative analysis of the results.The research object1. Four medical universities in Shanxi province had not specifically the life education courses, students learn knowledge through teacher occasionally mentioned. In class, the students said teachers most commonly mentioned is "life values", and "unique view of life" and "suicide prevention education" referred to small.2. According to expert select conditions established expert group, through25name related expert of two round expert advisory determines has life education of knowledge framework including4a dimension degrees, and19a Ⅱ level indicators, and74a three level indicators, while on expert of authority degree for quantitative analysis (expert authority coefficient for0.76) results displayed expert group has better of representative, and levels sexual and authoritative, and life education knowledge framework has better of representative.3. Nursing students by using the life education knowledge need of questionnaire survey results showed students most in need of knowledge as "employment guidelines" and "dignity of life" education, most do not need to be "Puppy Love" and "the traditional concept of death" of knowledge.Results1、Life education courses in medical colleges are not optimistic,institutions were not specifically investigated by the life education courses, nursing students only through the understanding of teachers occasionally mention.2、Survey of nursing students that they need this course to study, relevant departments should pay attention to implementation of life education programmes, strengthen the proportion of courses in the humanities, enrich students’social practice activities, to improve the status of implementation of life education courses.Research FindingsLife education courses in medical colleges are not optimistic, and badly in need of the course of nursing students learning, relevant departments should pay attention to implementation of life education programmes, strengthen the proportion of courses in the humanities, enrich students’social practice activities, to improve the status of implementation of life education courses.
