Abstract


objective:Through experimental research, observe the time factor (selecting needle time) intervention on electroacupuncture at the points of foot-Shaoyang in ovariectomized osteoporosis rats influence on bone mineral density, bone structure, and exploring its action mechanism, electroacupuncture at the points of foot-Shaoyang best time periods on the basis of the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.Methods:70female SD rats, rats aged10, weight (300±10g), completely randomized into sham operation group (Sham group), model group (OVX Control, OVX-C), EA gall bladder set of four groups each the (OVX Acupuncture, OVX-A)(midnight group, Mao Shi Group, noon group, shi group), the control group (normal group) of seven groups (n=10). Sham-operated group only removed near the ovary and ovarian fat pad, in addition to the blank group, the remaining five groups of rats were both ovaries to do the surgery for the removal. A week after the start of the gall bladder and model groups to intervene.Intervention Meridian:Yanglingquan, loop jump, hanging bell, Jingmen, model group and the sham group received no intervention. Three months later, the animals were sacrificed, take the right femur bone mineral density measured with dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. Be right femur bone mineral density, complete tick whichever is lower1/3above, HE staining femoral epiphyseal line remains remote cancellous bone area, and calculate the parameters of bone tissue morphometry:the percentage of trabecular bone area (%TB Ar=Tb.Ar/T/Ar X100%). Results/1.3months after intervention, BMD in OVX-A chronochemotherapy group compared to the OVX-C increased in the midnight group increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), shi, Mao Shi, noon group and OVX-C was not statistically significant (P>0.05).2. light microscope bone tissue structure, OVX-C trabecular bone was significantly thinner, smaller, inter connecting to reduce, increased breakpoint, the gap increases, you can see a large blank area. OVX-A hour group, Sham Group, normal group compared to the OVX-C, trabecular bone is thicker, more connection points, breakpoints reduce the gap decreases. OVX-A midnight group than in the remaining three hour group trabecular bone more closely arranged, the width is significantly widened the gap narrowed.3.the percentage of trabecular bone area:OVX-A hour group and OVX-C increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); OVX-A chronochemotherapy group midnight there was no significant difference compared with the normal group,, was not statistically significant, and the remaining three hour group differences significant, statistically significant (P<0.01); each hour group OVX-A comparison between midnight group increased the most obvious difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:1. Different time electroacupuncture at the points of foot-Shaoyang on increasing BMD of ovariectomized rats with osteoporosis and bone tissue structure to improve difference there, electro-acupuncture is better than time.2. analysis of the causes associated with the bile via the blood stream rise and fall time of.In addition, bone resorption and bone formation in circadian effects of electroacupuncture at the points of foot-Shaoyang intervention OP treatment effect.
