Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and value of Yiqi Huoxue Quyu Recipe ontreatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods: The clinical study, randomized patients of qi deficiency and blood stasis ofangina pectoris of coronary heart disease were divided into two group, YQR treatmentgroup30cases and control group30cases, treatment for4weeks. Two groups wereobserved before and after treatment of clinical symptoms, ECG, laboratory examination,after statistical analysis, compared the effect of the treatment group and the control group.Results: The study of TCM symptoms, and has obvious curative effect of YiqiHuoxue Quyu recipe in patients with unstable angina coronary heart disease treatment,effectively improve the symptoms of angina and ECG,decrease the laboratory indexes.Conclusion: Clinical studies have demonstrated that YQR can effectively improveclinical symptoms of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of angina pectoris,its mechanism might be related with the expansion of coronary artery, increase theperfusion flow of coronary artery, and decrease the stability of plaque.
