Abstract


Objective Establishment of a novel mosquito-borne virus detection technology, can simultaneously detect the sample in the presence of the virus without using a specially designed primers, convenient for relevant departments of health emergencies and unknown viruses respond and take effective measures.Method Virus sample cultured in C6/36, RNA extracted and Reverse transcription into CDNA, after enzyme digestion, adaptor ligation, products amplified sequence alignment, to identify the virus genus.Result Detected all virus that culture in Laboratory and detected every kind of virus from a variety of virus sample mixture.Conclusion The method can detect the RNA virus effectively and accurately, conducive to detecting RNA virus in mosquitoes and strengthening the corresponding infectious disease prevention and control.
