Abstract


Based on the literature of collating and previous studies, based on ancient Chinese society Songshi phenomenon in the Yuan Dynasty as the center for a more systematic elaboration . Songshi production, development , decline and Songshi groups in the various historical periods of the composition and activities of their judicial role is Chinese legal history research a new topic. Yuan dynasty in Chinese history, the past and the generation chain feudal dynasty , as the ruler of the steppe nomads - Mongolian , due to their ethnic traditions inherent in running the country resulting in the Central Plains countless different way , in the \under the guidance of the Central Plains culture into the traditional factors of the new system is inevitable . So Songshi attitude with other dynasties different activities on Songshi interdicted , they also provide appropriate space Songshi will Songshi scrivener activities into law under the regulation .
