Abstract


Government decision-making is the core areas of administrative activities , the level of the quality of decision-making is directly related to national development and social stability . At present, China is in a society in transition , a variety of deep -seated contradictions increasingly intensified , which increases the difficulty of the government decision-making , increase the probability of decision-making a partial elimination of the losses brought about by the decision-making deviations seem urgent . The cause of the deviation on the basis of analysis and decision to establish a transition confirmation of the decision-making judgment standard , and propose corrective prevention beforehand, things , and afterwards the full range of governance accountability preventive measures . The abatement decision-making bias is to improve the quality of decision-making , and the inevitable requirement for the smooth realization of social transformation .
