Abstract


At this stage, the implementation of reform and opening up three decades , administrative reform has been feeling the stones into the deep water area of the practice from the beginning , the community management system has become a key factor in the relationship between deep-seated reform of the administrative system . In this context , Beijing as the capital and the political and cultural center of the community in the process of innovation management system to explore a variety of different models , \means for community management, innovative methods of community management system, to explore the new model will help to further improve the new model of community management system , Dongcheng District , will propose more constructive ideas and more social management in Beijing with operational measures to promote community management of capital further in depth.
