Currently, the establishment of a scientific and feasible evaluation index system of local government credibility of local governments to effectively assess the credibility condition will not only help to make the regional competitiveness objective and reasonable evaluation, and found that the local government can promote its own deficiencies, and thus take effective measures to further enhance the credibility of the local government. Firstly, based on credibility, local government, public trust in government, local government credibility, the basic connotation of evaluation index system, explained the local government credibility evaluation system of the basic theory.
