Abstract

With the development of market economy, China's economic efficiency has been improved significantly. However, the market economy is not a panacea, it produces a larger income gap, coupled with government regulation and redistribution of public goods and services have not kept pace, resulting in education, health, employment and other social irrational allocation of resources, vulnerable groups, difficulties in life, we This referred to the issue of social equity. Social injustice not only weakened the foundation of agriculture, but also leads to insufficient domestic demand, restricting the sustainable development of China's economy. Inequities arising mainly due to deficiencies in the system, including the initial distribution failed to prevent the participation of non-efficiency factors, not equitable redistribution of priorities, and fiscal regime \function is not strong but also exacerbated the social injustice. From the perspective of the system of social injustice is easy to find the root causes, and then start from the system construction, through the establishment of a set of supporting a fair system of social justice system to solve problems, to build a fair and equitable society.
