Objective:Observation of medicated diet" warm nest pot" combination of letrozole in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) Clinical effect of ovulation dysfunction infertility due to kidney deficiency, to provide a reliable basis for clinical application.Method:Among the gynecological outpatients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January2013to August2013, choose60of them who conform with the standards of this experiment and divide them into two groups follow the scientific design method of randomized, positive drug parallel control. The30patient of the treatment group were treated with medicated diet "warm nest pot" combination of letrozole, while the comparison group is treated with letrozole. Both groups are treated for3menstrual cycles continuously. Observe menstruation, the TCM syndrome score, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, adverse effect and security data before and after the treatment under different measures of intervention, to determine the clinical curative effect.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was90.00%with15cases cured,7cases had obvious effect,5cases valid and3cases with no effect; whereas the total effective rate of the control group was76.67%, with8cases cured,6cases had obvious effect,9cases valid and7cases with no effect. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). No significant difference was found between the two groups on the comparison of age, course of disease, patient’s condition, the TCM syndrome score(P>0.05),before the treatment, which was comparable. According to statistical analysis, after treatment, ovulation rate of the treatment group is81.18%, while the comparison group is47.73%(P<0.01),the difference is of statistical significance, it shows that the ovulation rate of treatment group is better than that of the control group. After treatment, pregnancy rate of the treatment group is33.33%,while the comparison group is10.00%(P<0.05),the difference is of statistical significance, it shows that the pregnancy rate of treatment group is better than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups before and after the treatment on the comparison of clinical symptoms and menstruation was statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that both of the methods can improve the subjects of menstruation and clinical symptoms and improve the clinical symptoms. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment on menstruation (P<0.05), and significant difference on clinical symptoms (P<0.05), which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group on improving the clinical symptoms.Conclusions:Warm nest pot combined with letrozole to treatment PCOS kidney anovulatory infertility can effectively improve menstruation and TCM syndrome situation, increase the ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate of PCOS patients, provide the optimal treatment for PCOS ovulation dysfuncion infertikity due to kidney deficiency women.
