Abstract


This paper the use of literature , questionnaire survey , expert interviews , and mathematical statistics , logical analysis , Changzhou College Basketball Coaches ( hereinafter referred to as : coaches ) as the object of study , the basic situation of the coaches , coaching motivation research situation , the management of the team training , day-to-day management of the team and efficient management coaches , etc. status quo analysis and research to find the causes and propose the corresponding improved countermeasures and suggestions . The following conclusions : 1 . Coaches mainly the younger generation of male-dominated , the younger age structure , titles levels and qualifications reasonable exercise levels and coaching ability is not high , than a single knowledge structure by analyzing the research ; 2 coaches coaching motivation to perform well ; 3 . better coaches research ; 4 . coaches organization team training need to be improved , the selection is reasonable , training programs is the lack of long-term planning ; 5 . coaches on the basketball team management an inadequate ; 6 . Changzhou college coaches and management are not scientific . To further promote the healthy development of coaches team to a higher level , make the following recommendations : 1 . Places and schools should focus on training and the introduction of highly educated , highly qualified coaches talent ; 2 thus promoting the level of basketball in Changzhou . scientific, humane management recommendations coaches sports teams . Seriously to develop practical rules and regulations, and do all kinds of training programs , training according to plan . The perfect basketball coaches of the training system , and efforts to improve its scientific selection of scientific training , scientific management , scientific research ability level . 4. Relieve the coaches the teaching task to increase the benefits of the coaches , and gradually increase the degree of full - time coaches ; sound Changzhou College basketball coaches appraisal system , the implementation of the trainer qualification system .
