Abstract


Church school, initially as a missionary tool, is to develop the children's place of missionary and educational believers. The earliest church school in China can be traced back to the 1839 American Brown Morrison School opened in Macau (Most scholars believe). Church school from the outset sports very seriously, and the development of China's modern sports played a role in open atmosphere of the first. For the study of modern Chinese church school sports, to the infancy of the church school sports development, expansion period, the adjustment period, fading period of four during the development process for the study of the main line, and various periods of church primary schools, secondary schools, universities, sports teaching, extra-curricular sports activities, sports competitions, sports teacher culture and sports ground facilities, research, and combined with the historical background of the various periods of its development of the different characteristics of depth and analysis.
