Abstract


The study of determination for voglibose by HPLC with pre-column and post-column derivatizationAn assay procedure was investigated for the analysis of voglibose with pre-column derivatization, and a highly sensitive liquid chromatographic procedure with post-column derivatization using fluorescence detection (LC-FD) was optimizeded and validated for the determination of voglibose in pharmaceutical tablets. Taurine and sodium periodate dissolved in water was used as a post-column reagent. After selection of the optimum conditions, both assay methods were validated, providing good performances with respect to precision, linearity and accuracy.The study of polysaccharide of Hedyotis difusa Willd by HPLC with pre-column derivatizationThe polysaccharides of Hedyotis difusa Willd of different sources were extracted by microwave radiation, and both the content and composition were analyzed. The purities of polysacchride was obtained by alcohol peptThe whole content of sugar was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid test. The polysaccharide obtained from the sample of Guangdong province has the highest content, and the average content of polysaccharides is 9.82%.The monosaccharide composition of the polysaccharide was determined by HPLC with pre-column derivatization, with 1-phenyl- 3-methyl -5 - pyrazolone(PMP). The polysacchride was composed of the monosaccharides, mannose, rhamnose, galactose, glucose and arabinose.The study of polysaccharide of bitter melon by HPLC with pre-column derivatizationThe polysaccharides of bitter melon of different harvest time were extracted with water, and the content and composition of the polysaccharide was studied . The polysacchride was obtained by alcohol precip .The whole content of sugar was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid test. The polysaccharide obtained from the overripe sample has the highest content of 45.36%, and the average content of polysaccharides is 38.85%.The monosaccharide composition of the polysaccharide was determined by HPLC with pre-column derivatization, with 1-phenyl- 3-methyl -5 - pyrazolone(PMP) The polysacchride was composed of the monosaccharides, mannose, rhamnose, galactose, glucose and arabinose.
