Abstract


Electricity is the safe operation of the normal operation of other sectors of basic security, in order to ensure electricity supply , the need for electricity supply related spare parts for reserves. Scattered layout of the power industry decided spare scattered in various executive agencies can not concentrate reserves , because there is no overall plan for the reserve program , spare a lot of duplication reserves , take up a lot of liquidity and consume large amounts of storage costs . And because there is no uniform plan design , making spare information has become ' data silos ' , spare reserves information can not be shared at the emergency repair can not quickly find the adjacent unit emergency spare equipment to complete the task . In order to reduce operating costs, improve capital utilization and the overall competitiveness of the industry , the power industry needs to carry out their own characteristics spare parts management, standardization and sharing of information between units of spare parts to improve their organizational efficiency . This article is for the decentralized power system characteristics of spare parts , spare parts supplies power industry design information sharing solutions. Mainly from the supplies of spare coding standardization , combining characteristics of the industry to establish a standard process materials management , making supplies spare parts and equipment management system information can be docked to improve system availability. By analyzing the supplies of spare reserves information stored in the database characteristics , to establish a comprehensive application triggers and shadow tables differences in data capture mechanism for tracking changes in the amount of spare change in reserves to complete the differences of heterogeneous data capture. Differences in data and information through the establishment of real-time publish-subscribe mechanism for spare change in the data center to complete real-time synchronization . Establish a reserve of land to the device according to the location of spare , transportation programs , and other factors combined to complete spare spare transporting evaluation mechanism .
