Abstract


As the industry increasingly fine division of labor , insurance companies need to build an efficient use of IT application systems to manage business process outsourcing (BPO) services, and business processes through the implementation of the system to ensure the quality and timeliness , and reduce overall costs , improve enterprise core competitiveness. The objective needs for insurance enterprises , this paper presents an innovative new construction, renovation , enterprise application integration (EAI) a combination of insurance enterprises BPO business management system implementation. The program fully considered the characteristics of insurance enterprises BPO processes , leverages existing enterprise application system resources to achieve its own systems and contractor systems work together . In making the overall implementation of the program at the same time , for which the technical difficulties, This paper focuses on the causes , and gives a reasonable solution . The use of enterprise content management (ECM) tool, using structured and unstructured data management, combined with ways to deal with massive image file access problems ; through self-built multi-threaded applications , the realization was transferred threads can be configured to address the integrated system communication control problems ; using imaging cutting technology, document imaging partial display , solve contractor data entry business information confidentiality. These difficulties is the insurance BPO business enterprises to implement management systems a common problem , so a solution with a relatively wide range of reference. This paper systematically building programs , concepts and advanced technology, reasonable structure , construction, and low cost. Implemented under the program application systems , and insurance companies fit the actual needs of high coverage whole range of functions , high degree of automation , business process throughput, easy to extend new processes , with a strong confidentiality of information , the insurance companies BPO Business Process manage strong technical support.
