The voice is an important way for people to exchange information with the development of computer and communications technology , the demand for voice communication increasing voice collection , processing , transmission technology is constantly evolving . Voice transmission from the development of the first analog communication to the digitized voice transmission , at the same time to ensure the real-time , and also stressed the low encoding rate , high voice quality and safety issues . 863 plan information security technology thematic exploration oriented class of 2007AA012482 research content need paper we study a collection prototype system based on the low voice coding rate of the PSTN network transmission of voice and voice in the system acquisition . According to the needs of the system , first determine the overall system design goals and speech acquisition hardware and software technology solutions . Secondly, the design and implementation of voice logger function module circuit . The voice logger voice compression coding chip AMBE- 1000 , micro- controllers, modems , FPGA devices are at the core voice information acquisition , compression / decompression , encoding / decoding , encryption / decryption , transmission and other functions . In system software design voice logger voice capture and compression a coding module 's firmware development ; voice transmission module firmware is completed through the PSTN network data transmission technology and then the band MODEM communication protocol development ; in the password algorithm hardware FPGA-based implementation , the completion of the system used AES cryptographic algorithm encryption module development . Finally , through testing , to verify the correctness of the voice logger .
