Abstract


Funeral culture is a carrier of comprehensive information of society. The historical process of its change can not only reflect the politics, economy, religion and other folklore but also reflect the different periods of people’s ideology, ways of thinking, values and lifestyles. Funeral customs as a kind of social culture, has his own generation, evolution and development of the law.In this paper regarding Jirgalang gacha of Jirgalang town as the object of research, from the founding of new China to the current Horqin Mongolian interview data as a basis, analyzed the whole of China carried out within the burial reform under the influence, in the Horqin Monglian funeral customs from the burial to the cremation change and its reasons.The these consists of introduction, main text (of three chapters), conclusion, references, appendix five parts. The introduction provides an overview of selected topic reason and significance, research status, research purpose, research methods, research general situation of base. The first chapter of Horqin Mongolian funeral customs and funeral steps. In the second chapter, from the founding of new China to the present for a time period, proved Horqin Mongolian funeral customs in the change, especially, in the late nineteen eighties in the beginning of popular burial reform under the influence, in the Horqin Mongolian funeral customs from the cremation burial to the transformation process. The third chapter discusses the Horqin Mongolian funeral customs in the reason of changes. The conclusion part summarizes the contents and main viewpoint. Appendix interview information and pictures.
