Come upwith the human rights and solve it is not only the process of the development ofhuman civilization the results continue to reflect, but also a practice beyond of theirown humanity continue. Since enter in the21st century,the development of humanrights around the world is showing a new feature, and expanding in the principal parts,contents and fields.Giving a lot of attention to human rights in developingcountries.The international community also gives a lot of attention to human rights indeveloping countries.Chinese government and people from their own history and national conditions,based on practical experience of the basic tenets of Marxism and long-term revolutionand construction, and actively participate in international activities in the field ofhuman rights and international human rights construction, the universality of humanrights and Chinese history, culture and specificity of the combination of realitytogether. They have Strongly explored and Vigorously Inherited, Made a lot ofoutstanding contribution to the formations and developments of the China’s socialisthuman rights. Chinese characteristics and human rights has become an importantcomponent of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also makes the newthe historical starting point, the party’s collective leadership in exploring human rightsbuilding socialism with Chinese characteristics, process, system can self-confidence,self-confident way, theoretical confidence.The Sinicization of Marxism human rights is one of the branches of Sinicizationof Marxism.
