Abstract


The rapid development of Internet information technology,it has gradually seepinto our political life. Network technology like a double-edged sword, both to thedemocratic development of countries in the world with a large part of the promotionof the role, but also with the negative effects. In this paper, collected and collated theresults of previous research. I have been thinking and analysis that the problems in theprocess of cyber democratic development and its development process.Currently, in Western countries, experts and scholars on the cyber democratic ofcouncil also have mixed. Optimists and pessimists point of views, has beendebated.But the Western developed countries have made a lot of practice onexploration. For example, energetically developed the information technologyinfrastructure; actively established "electronic government", the network election etc.Western developed countries continuously to explore the cyber democracy, alsoimprove the limitations of the cyber democracy in practice. For example, increasedthe popularity of the Internet knowledge and invested in the construction of thenetwork infrastructure, to promote the development of democracy; establish a"people-centered" electronic government, to increase the transparency of governmentwork and provide quality services to the people.The cyber democracy is just getting started in our country. While it promotingthe development of democracy in China, also has showed some deficiencies andshortcomings. In the current ours special national circumstances, we should learnfrom some western appropriate experience of developed countries in this respect, andgive full play to the role of ours cyber democratic politics, to promote theconstruction of ours socialist democracy.We believe that the future of democracy is truly seeking peace, freedom,civilization and happiness for the mankind.
