Abstract


From the reform and opening up, our country started to carry out the policy of family planning, in order to curb the momentum of fast growth in our population. It produces a large number of one-child families. At the same time, with the development of economy, the improvement of living conditions and medical level, our people’s life expectancy extends. The age structure of the population began to aging changes in direction. China has entered the aging society. On February27,2013,Chinese Academy of Social Sciences published the "report of Chinese aging development (2013)".The report points out, Chinese will usher in the first peak aged population growth in2013the number of elderly population exceeded200000000mark, reached202000000, the aging level reached14.8%.The elderly dependency ratio rose from20.66%in2012to21.58%in2013, to promote the social total dependency ratio rose from44.62%in2012to45.94%in2013. Before2025, the elderly population will grow by1000000a year. Now China has entered the aging society. The pension problem becomes more and more serious. Pension issues of the urban one-child family should be concerned particularly. Compared with the traditional family, the one-child family have smaller families and less population. The family structure has also occur tremendous changes. Compared to rural areas, urban one-child policy has done in the implementation of more thorough, urban one-child families facing parents in old age Problems will show up earlier. So I choose the pension problem of urban one-child parents as the subject of study. This article take the Anhui province Anqing city as an example and research the pension will and demand of city one-child parents. It deeply analyses the urban one-child parents city various problems in family pension, community pension and social pension. We propose some corresponding countermeasures from four aspects of country, society, parents and children. We can Increase the incentives to the one-child family, Improve relevant policies about the one—children family, establish a good social atmosphere, improve the community pension and social pension, promote the elderly people to establish self supporting consciousness, encourage the child to live with parents or go home to have a look, We hope to provide some reference for solving Chinese one-child parents pension problem.
