Abstract


Community construction, which is an exploration to reconstruction of the society, is developing fast all around China. Presently, it has displayed huge social benefit, and the developing situation is quite good.After some years development, the community construction of Hohhot city has been on its way, on one hand, the development speed is fast; on the other hand, there have been some problems, such as the direction of the construction, whether there is an internal regularity to observe, and how to keep up with the city construction. Leaders of the construction are annoyed by these problems, and the need theoretical guidance intensively. In response to these issues, the Garden street community in Hohhot city as the subject, a main research on the innovativeness and exploratory of community-based management in small and medium-sized cities is conducted. And the research is based on the deep analysis and comparative management models from domestic and international community.The research frame of this text is:Chapter one made an introduction, summarized to the basic theory. Including the meaning of the community, community building and domestic and international research results of the urban community, provide the theoretical foundation for raising up the problem of the urban community and the way to deal with that.Chapter two at the first, Deep analysis of current situation and problems of community-based management in the Qingquan street community.From four part to summarize the Qingquan street community’s characteristic,obtain a large number of firsthand materials.Chapter three is the analysis of the main questions of community development.It points out that there are still a series of problems in our civic harmonious community construction, for example, the unsmoothness of community management system, the incompleteness of community services construction ect.Chapter four according to structuring the demand of the concrete conditions of Hohhot community building,city of community building summarize, explain from guidelines, main goal, principle and main content of construction that should follow several respects to Hohhot,have proposed implementing the countermeasure to the community building of Hohhot in the future concretly.
