Abstract


2007 China 's compliance with its WTO commitments , the full liberalization of the banking sector after the first year , foreign banks have been pouring into the Chinese market . Compared to domestic commercial banks , foreign banks have a strong advantage in all respects , form a serious threat to the domestic commercial banks . Activity Based Costing traditional cost system based on a new cost calculation method , has been present in the large commercial banks of the United States of America , Citibank, HSBC , UK , Singapore Development Bank and other international good promotion . In this paper, the use of standardized analysis and case studies combined , overall , the system analysis method . Select the operating cost method combining the existing theoretical and practical application of research in this relatively new research perspective of the application of the commercial banks in the form of a specific case , a combination of theory and practice is more comprehensive and complete theoretical system , to make up the current study only focused on theoretical discourse and lack of practical application guidance defects . Firstly, start from the background of the activity-based costing , domestic and international theory summarized , and introduced the concept of jobs, job motivation , and thus have a clear understanding of the operating cost theory ; then combine Banking background and management status quo , learn from the experience of foreign banks operating cost management , analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of activity-based costing ; then through the main steps of the activity-based costing and case analysis , clear the specific implementation of activity-based costing ; finally trying to figure out our Business Bank of the difficulties facing the implementation of activity-based costing , and targeted propose a breakthrough in the implementation of activity-based costing , implementation of operating cost management has a certain practical significance for China 's commercial banks .
