Abstract


Venture capital to promote independent innovation is the mechanism of action and countermeasures research areas of risk capital to be resolved one of several cutting-edge issues. Venture capital originated in Europe, has been for centuries, the Western economic development has played an important role, however, the development of China's venture capital market is still in its infancy. Depth study of risk capital, which is conducive to a correct understanding of our risk capital, a correct understanding of its economic development, especially in innovative nation-building role. In this paper, risk capital to promote independent innovation of China to study the mechanism of action. The article described clearly risk capital and innovation mechanism, the risk capital according to China's actual situation to promote independent innovation and development and foreign venture capital compared to the situation, summarize its features and discover one of the issues, and to ensure our risk capital promote independent innovation normal operation of the mechanism proposed in this paper. The basic contents of this article are as follows: Chapter 1 is the introduction, mainly on the topics of the background, purpose and significance of the research status at home and abroad were summarized and made available to continue research in the field of space, and finally gives this article research ideas and research methods. Chapter 2 is a venture capital to promote China's independent innovation mechanism. This chapter first describes the mechanism of this effect is the objective conditions exist, namely venture capital to promote independent innovation of external factors, discussed in detail on the basis of risk capital to promote independent innovation of the general mechanism of action and the special mechanisms of action, which the general mechanism of action, including capital formation mechanism, risk diversification mechanism and the information transmission mechanism; special mechanism between enterprises of different sizes, including venture capital and innovative mechanism of action different stages of venture capital mechanism. Chapter 3 describes the risk capital to promote independent innovation of China's basic situation, including the development of China's venture capital market size, risk capital funding, distribution of the portfolio companies in the industry, investment stage and exit ways, etc., on this basis, summarizes the China's venture capital to promote independent innovation characteristics. Chapter 4 describes the development of venture capital markets abroad in the course of the experience, especially in the protection of venture capital to promote independent innovation mechanism running experience. Chapter 5 gives venture capital to promote independent innovation of China's countermeasures and suggestions that promote independent innovation and risk capital protection mechanism to the normal operation of the countermeasures.
