Abstract


Financial risk management is an important topic in business management . In recent years , China's capital market is the rapid development of the trust industry as a high-risk industry , after several clean-up rectify more complex investment and financing companies face financial environment , the prevention and control of the financial risk management of trust business in China , so , financial risk Assessment of the trust industry , whether managers or investment per capita is of great theoretical and practical significance . This paper, the whole chapter is divided into six parts . First, by means of a mathematical model of the Analytic Hierarchy Process , contact the development status of China 's trust industry , general introduction to the background and significance of the topic of the thesis ; Second, a literature review of domestic and foreign financial risk assessment ; Third , the former 's financial risk assessment of theoretical research on the basis of analysis of the current situation of the financial risk of the trust industry , summed up the causes of the financial risks and identification of the trust industry ; fourth , trust industry risk , financial risk characteristics and genesis of a variety of factors such as build trust industry financial risk evaluation index system . Fifth, the Analytic Hierarchy Process judgment matrix calculation of each factor weights obtained a comprehensive evaluation value of the trust industry , analysis of the influencing factors of the financial risk of the trust business in China through the Analytic Hierarchy Process . Finally, the conclusion : the impact of financial risk factors : profitability indicators and solvency indicators , the indicators of operating capacity , the ability to grow indicators . This conclusion is not only conducive to the managers were analyzed and quickly found that the main factors affecting the corporate financial risk , in order to study traced the formation of financial risk . And trust business in China investors risk basis for investment decisions .
