Abstract


We have begin to do the business of micro-credit since 2005. The Country Bank is established in 2007 which is the first new financial institution allowed to bring the private capital in. With several years of experimental work of promoting and developing, the country bank will have the large scale development of villages. At present, the bank credit as the main business and also the financial tools of supporting our economic development directly, risk will become the main problems. Under the same other conditions, reasonable credit technology is necessary.The text is referenced to introducing German IPC credit technology successful cases. Through the description of the technical characteristics and the implementation process steps of the introduction, and also we use the example of introducing the project by A country from city B, we analyze the environmental adaptability of the relative technology, the introduction of technology, introducing process, to optimize process, scientific stage summary of the entire process. We do our utmost to provide the best cases for our country banc to open the business of micro-finance under the way of introducing the mentioned technology.Since our reformation of opening up more than 30 years, we made brilliant achievements, but also we paid a heavy cost, which existed many maketization technology cases. Our country has been devoted to the research of the technology itself. It occurred that the technology was not suited to us once we introduced it. Because we ignored the problems during the introducing process.Hope the paper to provide useful experience for the other third industry enterprises’reference during introducing the technology, ideas, and the culture.
