Abstract


In 2008 , the restructuring of telecommunications China Telecom Operators tripod, the increasingly competitive market . In this crucial turning points of market development , industry users undoubtedly become the focus of competition in the telecommunications industry , the ICT business development has entered a new stage . In the meantime , China's logistics industry is in the track of rapid development , China 's logistics market is showing a huge space for development . China's logistics aspects of the issues that must be resolved or strengthened : the commodity cycle is long , slow turnover , cargo damage is high , it is difficult to introduction of foreign advanced logistics . Represented by the design of the logistics system , logistics distributor of high value-added services are not yet out of the water . In this paper, based on the knowledge of the logistics management theory and logistics information system construction , from the logistics industry, information management , logistics information system construction , combined with the experience and I for ICT projects in China Unicom Systems Integration Center building method , through the work variety of new technical means available to customers , such as SMS notification technology , RFID radio frequency technology , GPS positioning and geographic information display , and so , for in the logistics industry to improve their management level to increase customer satisfaction target program to design and eventual implementation The feasibility analysis . Finally , the authors elaborate on the problems and shortcomings of the current logistics industry in the ICT project construction and put forward their own suggestions for improving .
