Abstract


As an essential part of the overall youth group, the youth group in the municipal government not only shares the common characteristics of the youth group as a whole, but also stands out by its uniqueness. Currently, diversified social views about the youth group in the municipal government have appeared from different perspectives, including the cult of their social and economic status, which is in contrast with the misunderstanding and distortion of such a group. Among previous researches on the youth group, few studies focused on the youth group in the municipal government and the living status of such a group. Based on the recent questionnaire survey among the youth group in the municipal government and the consequent data analysis, this study tried to identify some problems with the growth of the youth in the municipal government, analyzed the causes of the problems, and ultimately proposed several strategic reflections, ideas and suggestions about how the youth group in the municipal government can find breakthroughs for themselves, and how the municipal government and the Youth Unions at different levels may take appropriate measures to assist and promote the self-development and progress of the young people in the municipal government, so as to offer a higher-leveled human resource support for a sound and healthy national and local development in fields of politics, economics, culture and society.
