Abstract


With the productivity and the rapid development of science and technology , more intense competition among enterprises , more and more competition between individual enterprises due in the talent competition . Senior management decision-making power in the enterprise which has a significant impact on the development of the enterprise . The level of management is the key to the success of the enterprise , scientific and accurate assessment of the senior management is particularly important . In this paper, based on extensive study of performance appraisal status quo of domestic and foreign executives of listed companies for the current lack of presence of executives appraisal performance appraisal , including: indicators set unreasonable assessment of executives mainly theoretical description . These assessment methods are not objectively reflect the performance of the executives . This paper argues that the assessment of executives to a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods . Set of assessment indicators , the indicators quantify , not only can make the results more objective examination results and we get feedback where the advantage is , What are the disadvantages . Design executive assessment indicators , on the basis of analysis of executive positions , the indicators empirical analysis to ensure that the assessment targets executives performance . This paper establishes the the executives performance appraisal model and key performance appraisal index system , the executives of listed companies performance appraisal system more scientific and systematic . Finally, in order to safeguard the smooth progress of the assessment of the implementation of the safeguard measures of executive performance appraisal .
