Abstract


Han dynasties are the development period of absolutism centralization country. In order to control massive land and people and to tamp its ruling, the country establishes a kind of base management mechanism. Basing on the direct administrative penetration to the base, the domination concept and together with social structure development’s inner particularity, the base management mechanism shows the typical characteristic of country unifying domination.The thesis analyzes the specific operation of base management mechanism from personal, economic, public order management and moral cultivation. By investigating all these levels, it is helpful to understand the characteristics of kingship domination and also to grasp the specific realization method. Finally, this thesis forms the conclusion of the essential characteristics of base management mechanism from the perspective of base ruling mediatior: the domination of kingship unifying.
