Abstract

Personality is an individual possess unique to distinguish with others and stable way of thinking and behavioral style, it exhibits a person is constantly changing and integrated whole, is a dynamic consistency and continuity lasting self. Locus of Control is the most popular management science and industrial psychology, personality traits were concerned about one of the three, is the individual for his actions and the consequences arising out of acts of faith strengthened. Locus of Control will not only affect the individual job satisfaction, but also affects the individual to feel a sense of organizational support and loyalty, which affects their job satisfaction and turnover intention. At this stage, our employees lower prevalence of job satisfaction, and higher turnover intention phenomenon, based on social exchange theory and the principle of reciprocity, this paper discusses the knowledge-based organizational support, job satisfaction and turnover intention relationship between proposed job satisfaction as perceived organizational support and turnover intentions mediating variables between the theoretical model to 347 knowledge workers as samples tested using hierarchical regression methods related variables affect employee turnover intention explanatory power to verify the locus of control personality traits on job satisfaction and employee turnover intention moderating effect. The results showed that: locus of control and organizational support for the interaction of turnover intention and job satisfaction in two dimensions have a significant impact. Companies in the recruitment and training of staff should take into account differences in personality traits staff. In this study, the use of modern robust control theory and linear matrix inequality approach to study the dynamic stability of high-tech enterprise talent decision problem. Taking into account the uncertainty of the flow of talent and adapt to delay characteristic positions established enterprises in a dynamic environment talents Uncertain Systems control model, given the Criterion robust stability, robust stability of the maximum Optimal Performance delay calculation and decision-making methods. Subsequently through an empirical analysis of high-tech enterprises, validated mathematical model and control method. Innovation of this paper lies on the locus of control through the investigation, the establishment of job satisfaction as perceived organizational support and turnover intention of intervening variable between the theoretical model and discuss the staff's job satisfaction and turnover intention explanatory power; this will enrich the domestic turnover of empirical data and variable selection, companies in the recruitment and training of staff should take into account differences in personality characteristics of employees. Established enterprises in a dynamic environment talents Uncertain Systems control model for high-tech enterprise human resources department to develop more targeted employee retention policies and strategies to provide theoretical support.
