Abstract

The land is an important material basis for human survival and development, basic protection of rural collective land to maintain farmers survive. Therefore, China's rural population accounts for the vast majority of countries, the full use of rural collective land, improve the economic efficiency of land use, reached only promote social and economic development, and protect social harmony and stability of the target, have a significant practical significance. To solve the problem of rural land, would have to study the rural land property rights system, this system is one of the most sensitive to the current civil legislation of the most extensive and extremely difficult problem.
