To enhance the effectiveness of using the information technology into learning, the focus is not based on digital media technology. The function of IT does not lead to the lifting of the learning effectiveness and the teaching strategies is the main factor which affects the students’ learning effectiveness. How to combine the use of different teaching strategies and teaching content and maximize the features and benefits of the use of information learning technology to enhance the teaching effectiveness of teachers and students’ learning outcome is the focus of attention in the research field about educational technology.The research is based on the experimental empirical methods, which uses different teaching strategies to implement teaching activities,learning content for different courses and then to analyze the effect on student learning. The results found that for the different nature of the teaching content the learning effect by problem-solving teaching solve and cooperation to discuss teaching strategies is better than the theme teaching strategies, which suggests that both teaching strategies, student-centered teaching strategies has important practical teaching promotional value. At the same time, it also found that problem solving instruction and cooperation discuss teaching strategies ware not significant difference in the learning effect of the taking into account the degree of difficulty of the learning organization and learning time input conditions, more feasible using problem-solving teaching strategies to guide the teaching activities. The problem solving instruction strategies can be more effective than the traditional teaching method to enhance the learning effectiveness and learning participation. Information technology and curriculum integration process should be more problem solving teaching strategies to promote the implementation.
