Abstract


Learning burnout is a psychologist research focus areas both at home and abroad, which has its negative effects on the physical and mental health of the students and matters directly to the students’learning quality. The domestic researchers focus on the college and the middle school student, therefore, this study will be the primary students in Grade Three, Grade Four,Grade Five and Grade Six as the research object, and learn more about the existence of the phenomenon of learning burnout of primary school mathematics. In this research, learning burnout of primary school mathematics is defined as:The pupil is whiny and burnout who has lost confidence in the ability of learning, lack of learning motivation and tired of learning mathematics, this state is called learning burnout of primary school mathematics.Using Likert scale designing techniques, this study designs a learning burnout of mathematics questionnaire for primary students, which is used in a survey of the status of learning burnout among primary school in Tianjin. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)A single dimension learning burnout of mathematics questionnaire for primary school students is designed, with a total of13questions scored by Likert5-point. The result of survey indicates that the questionnaire has satisfactory psychometrics characters, including good reliability and validity;(2)The majority of pupils do not exist learning burnout of mathematics; the less of them are in learning burnout, their scores in the mid to upper level;(3)There are significant grade differences and no.sex difference in primary student learning burnout of mathematics;(4) The primary school students in math and learning burnout has a negative correlation. According to the research conclussions, put forward to strengthen the students’ education on psychological health advices and reducing the level of learning burnout of mathematics advices, separately from the school,teachers,parents and partner of the four angle, discussed in detail every aspect of specific measures.
