Abstract


Consumer confidence as a subjective indicators reflect consumer psychology , the regional development , traditional culture , personal , social status , and many other factors influence . The purpose of this study is that the consumer confidence index variation factor decomposition , measure the size of the impact of various factors on consumer confidence , and compared with each other between the various regions . To study the variation of the consumer confidence index , involving both consumers and regional level analysis . Consumer characteristics of individual characteristics and the region as a whole will affect consumer psychology and attitude . Due to the presence of the group , to establish the traditional multiple regression equation will cause the estimated value of the bias problem . To this end , the establishment of a hierarchical linear model happens to be able to meet the analysis requirements of such a special data structure , while consumer confidence affecting factors decomposition research purposes . Tertiary industry developed cities , residents from different cities consumer confidence diff consumer confidence is relatively lower . And the higher the average wage of workers would be beneficial driven by rising consumer confidence in the region . Population characteristics , in terms of the young consumer confidence is the highest in the whole society . With age , marriage, family , work pressure would be middle-aged consumers turned cautious consumer attitude , even if income growth , confidence was not easy to upgrade . In addition , with unemployment , low income , the older features consumers , consumer confidence and performance is likely to be the most pessimistic . Discover and study the impact of these different factors for consumer confidence to explain the lack of domestic demand , consumption downturn in the real economic problems of great significance , which is the policy-making government departments to provide information reference and problem solving ideas .
